For D&AD New Blood Awards 2023, 21GRAMS tasked people with using the medium of games to provide relief for those experiencing postnatal depression.

The aim of "Head Above Water" is to provide a calming experience that players can escape into, whilst subtly showing players actions they can take in real life to help deal with stressors in the world around them.
